Our involvement in marketing commercial property for landlords, tenants and owner occupiers, over many years, means we have acquired specialist knowledge of rental values for most types of property. We are regularly instructed to advise both landlords and tenants as to our opinion of the market rent to be paid for a particular property under the rent review provisions in their lease and seek to agree the rental value with their landlord or tenant, on their behalf. If agreement is not possible, we are experienced in preparing formal submissions for Arbitrators and Independent Experts.

In recognition of our experience in this field, we are often appointed by the President of the RICS to act as Arbitrator, or Independent Expert, when landlords and tenants are unable to reach agreement as to the rental value, for rent review purposes.
