Graves Son & Pilcher are the only local firm to act for landlords against telecoms operators. Our Head of Department, Mark Deacon spent 15 years in the telecoms sector, initially advising operators, then landlords on lease matters relating to masts and telecoms structures.
Colin Davies is a highly regarded Arbitrator and Independent Expert, appointed by the President of the RICS to undertake work on their behalf in difficult landlord and tenant cases.
Our Chartered Surveyors are all RICS Registered Valuers who can undertake any type of formal Red Book valuation. We are regularly instructed by solicitors and accountants to act on their clients’ behalf.
We also have extensive experience in Leasehold Extension and Enfranchisement, working closely with our Property Management team.
