Terms & Conditions
The promoters of the Inca Snail competition are Graves Son & Pilcher LLP.
The competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom except employees of Graves Son & Pilcher LLP and their close relatives.
To enter the competition, take a selfie with Inca the Snail and upload your photo to the Graves Son & Pilcher Facebook page – tagging it as #IncaSnail.
Only one entry will be accepted per person. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.
The most entertaining and innovative Inca Snail selfie will win 4 tickets to Madagascar the Musical at the Theatre Royal Brighton on 8th December 2018. Any entries considered to be offensive or inappropriate will be removed and not entered into the competition. There is no age restriction for entrants, however if children under 14 are attending the Theatre Royal, they must be accompanied by an adult (18+ years).
The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternative will be offered.
The closing date for entry is 18th November 2018 at midnight. After this date, no further entries to the competition will be permitted.
No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received.
The winner will be chosen by a panel of judges appointed by the promoters. The judges’ decision will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
The winner will be notified by Direct Message on Facebook to arrange for delivery of the tickets. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 10 days of notification, the promoters reserve the right to withdraw the prize and pick a replacement winner.
The promoters reserve the right to cancel or amend the competition if circumstances arise outside of their control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible.
All entrants agree to the use of their entry image on the promoter’s website and Twitter account in addition to the promoter’s Facebook page. The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and entry image on the promoter’s Facebook page, on their website and in publicity material. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
